Tri Tech services is owned and operated by Bob Lydon, Bob who has been in the plumbing and heating business for over 35 years and has built up a wealth of experience in this time, allowing him to quickly diagnose and remedy problems - saving you time and money!  As technology is constantly evolving, Bob prides himself and his company in keeping up to date with the latest technology and appliances, complemented with any manufacture specific training. Tri-Tech are employed by many Blue Chip Company's (e.g. Northumbria fire brigade, Holiday Inn, Swallow hotel group) to carry out their works, whether it be maintenance or complete installations of the latest up to date equipment. At Tri-tech we Pride ourselves on our appearance, our staff always wear company embroidered clothing and have the latest professionally sign written vehicles.  We always leave a site clean tidy and safe. Following on from carrying out reactive plumbing and heating works for the country's leading insurance companies, a few years ago Tri-tech got involved in marine related repairs and installation of electronic and gas on many small craft.   Following the success of this Tri-tech are now recommended by many marine surveyors to carry out annual gas checks for the marine insurance market.
